As a result of the evolution of the pandemic in Europe, namely the emergence of this new variant we still know little about, the International Conference ESHTE | INATEL has been postponed to 26, 27 and 28 June 2022, to be held in the Lisbon region.

This conference will not only lay the foundations for a new international project, the International Journal of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Law, but will also be the time we will launch several books that have resulted from previous conferences.

However, given the successive postponements of this conference, in the coming weeks, we will publish online for free the following books:

• The Legal Impacts of COVID-19 in the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Industry; 
• Tourism Law in Europe; and
• Competition Law in Tourism.

We’re very excited to share with you these books, with articles resulting from the genius minds of many leading experts in tourism law.
