Arising from the International Web Conference on Tourism Law in Europe and Latin America (19, 21 and 23 October 2020), there is a new book in the works, Tourism Law in Europe, which will be published under the aegis of ESHTE, INATEL and the University of Salamanca (USAL), on the next International Conference (scheduled for 23, 24 and 25 January 2022).
This book will address the tourism institutional organisation, the legal discipline of accommodation, distribution (travel agencies, online operators) gastronomy, tourist transport, alternative tourism or other forms of tourism in the, many countries of Europe, not only EU Member-States.
